Based in the majestic southwest, deep in the heart of the “Land of Enchantment”. Our distilled spirits capture the great flavors and the spirit of the old west. Our pure water comes from deep aquifers that have been filtered through many layers of mineral enriched limestone to give it a quality water that is optimal for the distillation of our fine products. All of our Hopi Blue Corn that is used for our products are GMO free, all organically grown here in the great state of New Mexico by local farmers that believe in producing of the finest corn in the country.
As CEO and founder of La Mancha Distilling, I welcome you to the La Mancha Distilling website. I am the Crazy “Man of La Mancha” that had the Quixotic vision of bringing our products to market. We have a goal to be one of the top distilleries to hit the market in a long time. We bring many old methods of mashing and distilling and bring them into the modern age while still having that same hand crafted spirits feel that many have come to demand due to an ever increasing palate for the finer distilling crafts. We pledge to you that we will always use the finest ingredients and eco friendly methods of production, insuring our by products from our operation will always go back to help the environment and local economy. Our Services
At La Mancha Distilling we produce the “Lucky Blue” brand of products that include moonshines and aged whiskies. We can also produce other distilled spirits such as Vodkas and gins or other infused blends. We are equipped to produce private label brands and bottling.
